Miriam Webster Dictionary Online:
Pronunciation: \ˌəp-ˈhē-vəl, (ˌ)ə-ˈpē-\
Function: noun
Date: 1838
1: the action or an instance of upheaving especially of part of the earth's crust
2: extreme agitation or disorder : radical change ; also : an instance of this

I subscribe to radical change...but in a good way.

There's a lot going on right now.

This means i'm juggling several balls.

I can't afford to drop a single one.

I'm trying to figure out where each one goes
and how they all fit together.

I don't want to have to shuffle them around on the ground to get the balance right.

So until I figure out where they go, they're going to have to remain up there,
and i'm going to have to keep expending the energy required to juggle non-stop.

My arms ache, but i can't afford to stop.

When I figure out where they each go, then i'll stop.

And then they'll each drop one by one and fit nicely into their own little receptacle.

And then life will go on.

I'm glad that you're ready to expend your energy, at least until the balls fit inside their receptacles, one after the other.

That's endurance...that's a good thing...:)

hmmmm i'm thinking about all these balls and a question comes to mind

are you juggling cuz of expectations or because you really want to??

i ask this cuz sometimes i find myself in sitations where i could really care less yet i am stressed

Wish you well with the juggling.

@kafo - Someone once said 'doing the same thing and expecting different results is the definition of insanity' or sth like that. The upheaval is due to my desire for change, so yeah, i really want to. Thanks for the insightful question...

@rita - A big amen to that. Thanks...

@miz-cynic - In this case, it's totally worth it, but thanks for the concern :)

@naapali - Thank you, sir

Just persevere, afterall God gave women a special section of the brain for multi-tasking while men cant even walk and talk at the same time!!!

The joys of multi-tasking...Im slowly but surely learning how to juggle all these balls! Life is truly a test of balance sometimes!

You just have to keep juggling, heavy arms and all. Think about how strong those arms and shoulders will be? And how pretty those triceps and biceps will look. =)

Don't forget to join us in the online rally this Friday October 31st. Just use "FREE JONATHAN ELENDU NOW!" as the title of your blog post and FaceBook Status. Visit the Facebook page here or stop by Nigerian Curiosity.

Take care my sista!

@yar mama - LOL! I hear you, sister! I'm doing my best. Thanks

@Nigeriandramaqueen - You said it girl! Oh joy! But then again, imagine a life without challenges. Boooooring...

@Solomonsydelle - That means a lot, coming from the mistress of juggling herself! I'm actually one of those lucky chicks people love to hate who have naturally defined bi- and triceps (hey, dont hate the player).
It's actually taken me a while to appreciate the fact that i have what others are killing themselves (or expending energy) to get. But i digress....Thanks for the kind words :)
